The business focuses on locating suitable development opportunities for Investors, Developers and Housing Associations with the aim of securing detailed planning permission and then, if required, taking the schemes forward under a Design and Build Contract.

Through our subsidiary company Rosesite, we have successfully delivered several schemes, as shown on our Portfolio page, for both Investors (under a JV arrangement) as well Housing Associations.

In depressed markets, we have experience in being able to look at existing approved planning schemes and amending them to suit the requirements of our Housing Association Clients, therefore providing a sound and viable exit route for land owners.
